Hi, I don’t quite understand your question? can you elaborate a bit more by explaining what you are trying to achieve?

    Thank you

I want to see if there is a way I can add an exception to YOUR plugins firewall that allows it to work. InfiniteWP can connect to my site from a different site to manage all my sites from one dashboard. When I have your security plugin installed and active the InfiniteWP client can’t connect. Your firewall is blocking it. Can I create an exception in your firewall plugin that would allow my sites talk to each other?

    Hi khernandez,

Do you know URLs of HTTP requests made by InfiniteWP that are blocked by the firewall? If you have access to error log of your webserver (usually in /var/log/apache/error.log or similar location), you can find them by searching for requests that have been responded with 403 Forbidden status.

In any way, one option you have is to disable one firewall feature after another to determine which one is blocking HTTP requests made by InfiniteWP. Then you can leave it turned off.

    Cheers,

@khernandez, you might like to read the following support thread. They also had issues with InfiniteWP and All In One….

If you are looking for an alternative you can try ManageWP. I use this service with All In One … and it works very nicely to manage all my sites 🙂

    Kind regards
