    The program works as expected. The wizard is super easy to use, and the reporting is extremely flexible.

    We are a not for profit. I paid for our subscription but forgot to use the coupon during checkout. I submitted my error not expecting a response. Aqib was fast to respond and offered to refund us the discounted amount.
