Exceptional customer service and plugin!

I’ve used my fair share of ‘anti-spam’ plugins on various sites in my time, and never found one that didn’t involve ongoing input from me or left me regretting the purchase. There was always ‘something’ not quite right with them – too hard to use or awful UX but mostly, they didn’t do what they claimed – prevented spam.

Anti-Spam by CleanTalk has been something else though! I’ve been happily surprised at the amount of spam it’s prevented and how easy it was to set up. Sure, there were a couple of tweaks I needed to make in the beginning when legitimate emails were being marked incorrectly, but they were due to my choices and not the default actions of the plugin.

The team have all been incredibly responsive to integrate their plugin with plugins on my site, quick to offer suggestions and guidance and their response time has been amazing.

I definitely recommend this plugin without hesitation. Thanks Team!!!
