Exceptional Customer Service and Great Plugin

We use a third party Stripe payment gateway as we didn’t have a great experience with the reliability with the official Stripe plugin. I needed a subscriptions plugin that would actually work with this payment gateway and our accounting system. The pro version was apparently compatible with our payment gateway, but I wanted to test everything before buying the pro version. Although they do not provide a trial period for the pro version, if you contact them, they will provide you with 24 hour access to a test account. I was able to install and connect my test payment gateways and sandbox accounting system to make it work and test it. During this period I noticed a few things about how our payment gateway functioned that would not work well for subscribers (the save card option had to be selected and if not, it would not work) Mayank at WP Swing was reachable via WhatsApp acknowledged the issue and fixed if before we bought the pro version! Once testing the Pro version in our Sandbox, we had some further issues due to how tax is managed on our site to work with our accounting system, Mayank was straight on this and made some custom adjustments for us to make it work! I have never experienced responsiveness and assistance for a plugin in, I really feel in safe hands with the WP Swings team and I am rather surprised by the 1 star comments on here, as it is far from my experience. Do the due diligence first, check it works with your other systems and set-up first with their test account they will give you access to before purchasing the pro version. I highly recommend this plugin for subscriptions.
