Would you care to elaborate? Where is this file and what not. This was put in use on the pages I'm now responsible for and sorry, but I just don't feel like skimming through all plugins files.

Ok, there are to files that keeps growing and growing until my site really went super slow.
    The files written are:

    /php-browser-detection/cache/browscap.ini
    /php-browser-detection/cache/cache.php

The file grows as new user agents get added to the database. It has nothing to do with your website traffic specifically. Anyhow, the next update should fix the performance issue.
