I’ve been using Bit Flows Pro extensively for our organization (Zeer Group) and also recommending it to students learning WordPress automation.

    First, credit where it’s due:
Bit Flows is insanely powerful for the price-to-performance ratio. The workflow flexibility, WooCommerce integrations, and automation potential are genuinely impressive. Support was also very responsive and helpful throughout our discussion.

However, there are 3 major WooCommerce limitations that seriously need improvement that other competitors have had from the beginning:

    1. WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Trigger
There is currently no proper cart abandonment tracking trigger for:
    • Guest users
    • Logged-in users

This is a critical feature for modern WooCommerce marketing automation and should ideally support tracking + recovery workflows.

    1. Delay Node Needs Major Upgrade
The current delay node is too limited for real marketing automation use cases.

    Needed features:

    • Trigger workflow on a specific DATE & TIME
    • Stop execution after scheduled run
    • Better scheduling controls

Right now, advanced campaign workflows require awkward workarounds like manually changing order statuses.

    1. Customer Filtering by Product
Bit Flows can send bulk emails, but there’s no clean native method to:
    • Filter WooCommerce customers by Product ID/Product Name
    • Run scheduled email campaigns to those customers

    Example:
If Product PR1 was sold from May 9–15, I should be able to easily send a campaign only to PR1 buyers on May 24.

Currently this requires workaround logic instead of a dedicated solution.

    Overall:
Bit Flows already has the power to compete with much larger automation platforms. These features would massively improve WooCommerce marketing workflows and make the platform even stronger for serious businesses and educators.

Special thanks to the support team for taking the feedback seriously and discussing possible future improvements.
