This plugin (version 1.5.2) is extremely useful if you have ImageMagick enabled but you don’t have the Imagick PHP extension. Without both WordPress won’t automatically use ImageMagick. This plugin enables you to use it and has other awesome features.

@aoxoa Please do not put links in reviews. Keep the review here and talk about what you like and think needs improvements.

@aoxoa Another question: why are you using multiple accounts in these forums?

Please pick one and I will mark the other account as inactive.

Hi @jan Dembowski Two other reviews here have outside links in the review. Plus another has some internal links. Are you going to be consistent and redact those links as well? If not, why did you single my review out?

Also, I forgot about one account but was alerted to it when I attempted to create a second. The reason I tried to create a second is because there is a bug in the review edit module and my other account was stuck–i was unable to post my edited review. Therefore, I used my other account to make the review post.

Please don’t mark one or the other inactive.

@jan Dembowski, can you point me to the rule that states we can’t leave a link in a review. I tried looking and can’t the rule. Plus, the review box even has a link button so that we can post link. So forgive me for being a bit confused.

Thanks for the report, they have been removed.

Please don’t mark one or the other inactive.

You have two accounts here, and we really can’t allow that due to terrible abuse in the past. Please let us know which one you’d like to have marked inactive, or one of us will have to choose for you.

It’s not a rule and I’d prefer not to add that to the Forum Welcome. I could but honestly it is not necessary and it does not come up that frequently. When the link are found they get redacted.

The reason links are redacted in reviews is because a) the review is mean to focus on the plugin or theme and b) those links have been horribly abused in the past.

Thank you for understanding and I appreciate that you’ll refrain from that again in reviews.

Plus, the review box even has a link button so that we can post link. So forgive me for being a bit confused.

Not really. That’s part of the generic editor box that is shared on all posts in these forums.

As to the two accounts: pick one. You don’t have a reason for two or more.

@james Huff consistency is good otherwise it looks bad. Can you fix my account that is stuck in a review edit loop? I’d like to transfer this account to my wife who also runs AoxoA. Is that a problem?

Also, please send me a link πŸ™‚ to the rules governing reviews entries. Appreciate it.

There is no link but feel free to review this.

This is not Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. This is not looking for rules on page 454 third paragraph down on the right column for governing two-handed attacks. πŸ˜‰

(I hated that paragraph and stopped playing with that player.)

Do not leave reviews with links. That’s all there is to it.

About the account: sure but change the email to her email on that account. If it stays the same we will end up thinking it’s a sock puppet and will block the account.

If it looks like that’s the case then the new account will get blocked in short order. I’m sure that will not happen but I do like to be complete.

Yeah, that was typed before your other clarification (re. links in reviews). No need to get all D&D on me πŸ˜‰

Ok, I am going to take this account and move her to the other one. Emails will change on both.

I am having trouble moving me email over πŸ™ Is there a better way to message or do we continue here?

We generally don’t do contact off of these forums, so we’ll have to continue here.

The issue I imagine is that no two accounts can share the same email address, which kind of makes it hard to swap out. Do you have a third email address you could set one of the two accounts to while you switch around the email addresses?

    Thread Starter AoxoA

    (@aoxoa)

I changed the email on the other account (new email). Trying to move that old email here but it says email already in use. Is the old email forever assigned to the other account?

Ok, in this case, please email forum-password-resets (at) wordpress (dot) org with the usernames and email addresses, and they’ll get you sorted out.
