    Worthwhile plugin. I have used it to select particular posts in the order that I desired, then feed the output into Kindle Create to create a Kindle edition and a paperback book for the Amazon bookstore.

    For a mere 99 cents you can examine the Amazon eBook.

    Oh cool! I hadn’t heard of Calibre, but after a brief search it looks like something I will definitely need to familiarize myself with.
