 * Tech support responded promptly and continuously worked on my questions. They
   really wanted to help and fix problems and that’s why I’m very happy with the
   Support team.
 * Wishlist: I wish the zooming wouldn’t be so detail. The current zooming is great
   if you have small object (like a ring); but for large item like us (Chairs and
   sofas); a general zoom should be sufficient.
 * UPDATES:
 * Love the wonderful technical support team! Their services (FREE) are superb!
