Excellent support with fast response to questions & commitment to resolve issue

I now have an excellent appointment page on my website thanks to time given to sorting issues of my making when setting up my website. I sent on an email to ask about two issues that I was having and these were fixed by the next day. I found it very easy to upload and set up. Inputting my required settings was straightforward. I am very new to wordpress and creating a website. It was great to have fast responses to my emails and the commitment to solve my problems. This was the support that I needed and I received it.
