 * I had an issue with one of their full site templates, the border glow on the 
   buttons was not working. Contacted their live support, and they helped me resolve
   the issue.
 * I was using a local install of wordpress for development, the template worked
   on their live site they tested on, and without asking them to, they installed
   it on a local site and saw they also experienced the issue, they then located
   the issue and told me how to fix it. was a really simple fix, which I wouldn’t
   have found on my own.
 * They went above and beyond! thank you!
