Excellent Support For Paid Version

I purchased the paid version of Finale and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the support team. When I first installed the product, there was an error message stating that the plugin had a conflict with my other plugins and the support team continued to communicate with me until they resolved the conflict and then updated their plugin to ensure that other users would not experience the same issue. I am usually not someone who posts reviews but I promised I would post a review of my experience, as I am very impressed by their level of support so far.
