    I use Formidable Forms on many websites, including several Pro installations.

    I recently reported a bug affecting the Lite version. The support team responded extremely quickly, understood the issue immediately, involved the developers, and provided a pre-release fix within hours.

    The fix worked perfectly.

    This is exactly how professional technical support should work.

    Highly recommended.
