Excellent Support!

I have to say, out of all the plugin support teams I’ve dealt with, Essential Addon’s staff is some of the best. Whenever I’ve had a problem come up, they’ve always got back to me within 24 hours, sometimes even as fast an 15 minutes. They’re always polite, and they keep me up to date on the progress concerning my issues. Even when I’m frustrated, they do their best to resolve my issue in a timely manner, and they typically offer me an explanation on why it may have happened in the first place.

I really can’t ask for more. So long as the support is there, the team is polite, the plugin is updated frequently, and my problems are solved, I’m a happy customer. That seems to be the biggest issue I’ve uncovered with various other Pro plugins I’ve used, but with EA, I don’t seem to have a whole lot to worry about.

I love this plugin, it’s made my site’s appearance even more beautiful, and their price is super affordable. If you’re concerned whether you should give them a shot or not, I say go for it. They’re flexible, reasonable, prompt, and polite, and their plugin is easy to manage. It’s actually one of my favorites 😀
