I’m using a new theme, and having some issues on the staging site. SO far, I’ve been able to send email ?s through the documentation and they’d done a great job helping me resolve all the issues. I’ve had to contact then several times, because I’ve had to learn WordPress on my own. I’m still working on my staging site and they continue to help me. Sometimes it takes a day or so to get an answer, but they always get back to me and provide the solutions. They’ve even answered on days off. That’s support!
