No credible support

I wish I could leave a review with no stars. Real support is almost non existent. Nikhil Changappa just gives you delaying tactics rather than any real updates on your issue. If they don’t have a script for an issue they seem to be completely lost. They sold me a plugin that wasn’t fit for purpose and are refusing to refund me. I’ve been having issues with the Google Map plugin for nearly a month and I’m still no nearer a resolution. The plugin is unfit for purpose. It doesn’t work with the most recent APIs and the old ones are no longer accessible. You can’t secure the APIs because of the way they’ve implemented the API requests, and they don’t seem to think this is urgent. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. I’ve recorded 6 specific issues with them on this one plugin and after nearly a month I’ve yet to have a follow up on any of them. Totally unacceptable.
