    We have been using this plugin for a while now; working flawlessly… then we ran into a new infrastructure limitation on our side that effected the plugin–Shrikant quickly responded, we got on a zoom, he identified the issue, resolved the issue, and we successfully tested it all while on the same single zoom call. Excellent Support! Thank you Shirkant!!!
