• We’re cutting our teeth with Groundhogg and am just sharing our rating for excellent support.

    There’s been a couple of issues in setting up the site along with a discovered bug.

    To date, the advice and support has been timely and helpful in resolving the issues.

    We are using AWS for sending emails so we had some issues with setting CRON jobs which weren’t playing nice with CPanel. These have been resolved and its now working correctly. So hat’s off for great support.
