Excellent software, amazing tech support

I made a complete mess of backing up, updating and then changing bits around on my site that meant I could not restore the backup, but the support email fixed it all really quickly, replies came back within a few minutes and were clear and easy to follow.
I cannot recommend their service more, saved me hours of stress.
