Excellent self hosted survey plugin

We were looking for a plugin that offers integration of surveys without sharing our visitors’ data with external websites. This plugin does just that, and does it well. It’s highly configurable and flexible, so at first it takes getting used to. But as flexible as it is (multiple question, choices, pages etc.) it allows for a wide range of applications.

The plugin’s developer also always has been quick to respond to questions and technical issues. Thanks!
