Disappointing support and questionable billing practices – Avoid

I am writing this review to warn other users about my experience with this plugin and its developers.
Over the past year, I invested over €1,000 in custom features for a client’s project. Despite the high price tag, the process was filled with constant bugs and compatibility issues. I tried to be patient and stayed with them, but the recent customer service experience has been catastrophic.
My subscription was recently renewed without any prior email notification or reminder. I contacted their support only 2 hours after the charge to request a cancellation and refund, as the client’s website is closing down and the plugin is no longer needed.
For over a week now, the support team has been giving me the runaround before completely stopping all communication. They are now ignoring my emails.
It is unacceptable to treat a long-term, high-spending customer this way. If you are looking for a reliable partner for your projects, look elsewhere. Their lack of transparency regarding renewals and their non-existent support when a problem arises is a major red flag.
