Excellent Response

Been using this plug in for several months then all of a sudden it quit on me. I sent a message to the developers and within 10 minutes I had a response and it was fixed with 30 minutes from the time I first notified them. Now that is what I call customer Support. I wish the other developers that I work with was that fast to respond.
