  • The support was immediate and quick. They walked me through the functionality and fixed a problem on my website related to something visual with the plugin. It’s hard to find companies these days that still give that one on one support. I am glad to see it’s still live and well in the service industry. This product in unique. I would recommend this plugin for communities and for niche blogs. I am glad to hear that the plugin will continue to develop other features as I think this has great potential to do great things for companies or individuals that want to engage in meaningful, purposeful conversations. The Plugin is currently free and that is great. You know when you watch the news and they do live debates and questions and answers from social media feeds? Well this plugin reminds me of that. A continuous feed of conversations. If developed properly with the end user in mind, it has the potential to be a leader in the industry for conversations that are directed specifically to points of interests. A great tool for businesses and savvy entrepreneurs who wish to engage off of social media and direct with there target audience via there website. Great for group chats as well. It has a clean interface, I can appreciate that as I hate using ugly software. I did have some concerns with the many options to login. I do like that the plugin has the ability to log in via social media, but also suggested if this can be integrated with one’s website as opposed to being more like a stand alone product. Abie took everything to ear. I hear there rolling out an embed option soon heads up. Give the plugin a try and if you have any problems email them and they will get back to you in a flash.
