Excellent product, awesome support

I’d been looking for something like this for a while trying various booking management solutions (non-wordpress, and non-DJ specific) which didn’t work… this one… just works! And I love that it manages all of the interactions with the customer too and even allows them to submit tracks for their playlist. Helps with the questions I would normally be asking ahead of an event.

I had a few non-breaking issues… messaged via their website, and not only did they respond really quickly, but they were really friendly too… friendly support who treat users as humans rather than a pita goes a million miles.
