Support » Plugin: Appointments » Excellent product and question

  • Firstly much credit for not only an excellent product but actually providing a free version which gives a very good amount of functionality!

I have been evaluating a large amount of booking plugins for WP the last few days and without exception all which called themselves free or had a lite version were so limited as to be unusable. I was looking for a solution just like this that I can provide for clients on their sites so they will have a basic functionality and can choose to upgrade if they wish – so top marks.

So far this plugin is very intuitive considering the range of functionality and seems to be very solid.

QUESTION. The only issue I have been having is that I can’t get the pagination to work whatever I try. The last week/month button or previous week/month button just doesn’t work. I’m probably missing something simple but would appreciate any help for a solution.

    Thanks!!

  • Hi @justinpeach,

Thanks so much for taking the moment to review and feedback here! Really glad to see you’ve found the plugin so helpful and intuitive! 🙂

Regarding the pagination issue, that actually sounds like it could be due to a JavaScript conflict, maybe with another plugin or your theme.

Here’s a great troubleshooting guide that can help resolve that:

Could you let us know how that works for you?

    Thanks David,

The conflict looks like it’s with the current version of the Divi theme. I put an old version (2.0) on and that works fine.

Not sure how to get it working with the latest version though, any suggestions?
