    We recently added Chaty to our new site. It was very easy to install, configure and implement. There’s a great list of options for contact available (including Messenger, SMS, phone, WhatsUp, etc.). We upgraded to the Pro version so we can customize the icon and use more contact options.

    We did have to reach out to support to answer a question, and we received responses and resolution immediately. In fact, when I reached back out to resolve a followup browser question, Gal helped me on a Sunday so we would have no downtime.

    Following my inquiries, Karina, contacted me to make sure all my problems were resolved. Now that’s customer service.
