Excellent Plugin with Excellent Support Staff

    The Post SMTP plugin is a great tool. Setting up emails can be a giant pain. This plugin is built with great diagnostics tools, connection confirmation tools and superior logging tools. This is absolutely essential when trying to diagnose where potential issues are coming from.

    I had several issues all stacked on top of each other. Issues with the webhost’s server configuration, issues with Office 365 security and also a minor bug that we found with the plugin itself.

    The support staff from Post SMTP was right there with me through it all. First they found a bug which they quickly released a new update patch (same day). Then, with the plugin’s diagnosis tools, we were able to see exactly where the issues were in the chain of events required to send email via our O365 account.

    I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Amazing. Highly recommend.
