    It was time for me to upgrade from free to pro. The plugin by far is my most valued plugin. The one thing I would ding them for is no instructions for moving from free to paid Sprout.

    Hey Dan,

    I did and read the email. But it was unclear that the instructions applied to those swapping from free accounts, it read like a fresh install (typical plugin install instructions).

    I ultimately backed up my site and then ran the install for the Pro. But I was concerned that it might overwrite the free version content, lose my clients and active billing details. Thanks for getting back to me. I am all set, but I do believe you guys should specifically state that the instructions are the same for migrating from the free account.
