    I highly recommend the Web Dorado FAQ WD plugin. It looks professional and is very configurable and responsive. Best of all is Web Dorado tech support. I’ve contacted them several times about usage questions and minor tweaks/improvements, and in all cases, they have responded within a day with advice and fixes. (I purchased the personal version which does come with 6 months support, and it was well worth the cost).
