Excellent plugin, brilliant support

I recently purchased the SupportCandy support ticket plug, after looking for ages to find the one that works for us. Must say, a very wise choice to purchase this one. Works brilliantly, does everything we need (and more).

There was a little issue due to the Avada theme we were using and their support jumped on this very quickly and resolved it super fast. Best support I have had the pleasure of dealing with 🙂
