Excellent plugin and great support

    I have been using this plugin on and off since it was known as “Project Huddle”.

    I came back to using it full time for our support tool for our clients 18 months ago. On a recent project we had 104 tasks successfully submitted on one site, and the client loved how easy it was to provide feedback.

    We recently experienced a very peculiar issue but only in one browser which took a few days to resolve with back and forth assistance from support – but it’s now resolved.

    Support is much more responsive now (Sep 2025) than previously experienced.

    Not sure why, but my experience is totally opposite. ProjectHuddle by Andre Gagnon was great, and he provided great support. Now, with “SureFeedback”, there’s no support at all. I haven’t gotten a reply in days. I have tried reaching out via their website, via BSF’s website (their parent company), and via WP support.

    Just now, I got a reply on WP support saying they didn’t see my ticket and are asking to submit again. Incredible. It’s funny how one guy (Andre) provided so much good support, and a pretty big company like BSF can’t provide support at all.
