 * This plugin allowed me to shave quite a bit of time off of my page loads. Especially
   on pages where Woocommerce wasn’t needed.
 * Excellent way to stop admin-ajax.php from slowing your site way down.

 * Hi Watch Teller,
 * I ran the site through Pingdom Tools and saw that there were 18 instances of 
   admin-ajax.php loading on the home page alone. It was slowing things to a crawl.
 * By using this plugin, I was able to get rid of most of those calls by disabling
   unnecessary plugins on various pages. It sped up the entire website dramatically.
   Disabling Woocommerce where I didn’t need it made the most difference.
 * The author has instruction on his website that explain how to do things.
