Unlike user netvision, the support and developer *are* helping; I received a fast reply to my configuration problem using the Multisite upgrade. Of course, I also think that their support and development can always be improved when there is a bug with a feature, a change in external APIs (typically, out of their control and hard ), additional social media platforms, and/or heavy volume of support questions.
I would like to see much better presentation of the pricing as well as [all of the] features. It’s not very clear, and the minimal documentation doesn’t help. The site design is overdue for a facelift – really, it needs to be improved to attract new users while educating current paid clients.
The plugin is powerful, and it’s nice to have a dedicated developer and team working to make it continually better.
