 * This plugin is simply excellent. It might take you a while to work everything
   out but the documentation is great and Maarten and his team’s support is excellent.
 * With this plugin, I have been able to turn a WooCommerce product into a nice 
   order form system for event booking using variable prices and conditional statements
   to make it user friendly and only show the fields they need.
 * I tried to do this previously with contact form plugins with premium extensions
   and their payment gateway tools but they all fall short and so I decided I needed
   to use trusty WooCommerce with a custom add-on, this is that add-on.
