Excellent performance, with up to 96% cache hit rate

    Cloudflare APO absolutely rocks! The speed gains and gains in cache hits are now better than anything I achieved before using Cloudflare workers with full page caching.

    For a 24h average I’m now at 96% cache hit rate with Cloudflare APO for WordPress. On average I at least get cache hit rates around 90%. This simply wasn’t possible before.

    In the beginning of the APO plugin my own implementation was still performing better. But this has changed now. The plugin is now stable and works with a lot of WordPress plugins that weren’t fully supported before.

    Hi, apparently it only works for you, it works very badly for other users and the support does not exist or does not want to solve the problems. Is it a paid review?

    @waltoslaguna I use Cloudflare pretty extensively and the APO does need some work. You don’t need the APO option if you have a developer who knows what they are doing.

    Cloudflare can be configured for many sites to have a +90% cache hit rate but this generally means you have to do work on the WordPress site too NOT just on Cloudflare.

    If you are expecting APO to magically fix any performance or scaling issues for WordPress, you may be disappointed.

    I have a Cloudflare Pro account and the Cloudflare support usually gets back to me within 24-48 h.

    The 96% was, like I said, a 24 h average on the day of my review. I just checked again, for the past full week I still get 96% when I exclude my “Bypassed” traffic as an admin.

    @neoword,

    We agree with others stating that Cloudflare APO does not always work for everybody or provide the results you’re claiming (for many reasons, of course).

    For us, opinions always confuse, facts convince. So, can you post here screenshots of your Cloudflare Caching stats for the past day, week, and month?

    Also, are you using Page Rules in combination with APO?
