I have been using this slider for free since 2016 and have had no problems. On reading the reviews for this plugin I realized many must be fake, trolls, competitors friends or, they are just incompetent. It is very easy to set up (20 seconds) and use. It does not conflict with other plugins that I use, which includes Master Slider. I have never needed support so I cannot comment on that side of things.

I love this plugin because it was the only one I could find that would infinitely scroll.

***Remember… If a plugin breaks, it does not mean it is the new plugin you are installing is at fault. It can also mean that the one that breaks may be badly coded.
