Excellent lightweight plugin to add a CTA style bar

    We needed a simple way to add a call-to-action bar to the top of our site and this plugin is perfect. The PRO version has many additional nice features and we’ll very likely upgrade soon, but the free version gets the job done simply.

    Also, huge kudos to the plugin developer who provided very quick support when I had a minor issue with CSS that had I been using my brain cells I should have figured out on my own…I appreciate the prompt assistance!
