Excellent form with lots of options

This form has all it needs even in the free version. Adding fields is easy and the tools to automatic response via email is very nice. It shows all the info and gives extra options to give instructions afterwards. E.g the responder chooses a option and put an amount in the box. You can easily use that info ( code) into a thank you text that only shows up after typing a positive amount. And add extra instructions or information about what next.

Much respect for this flawless working form. I have not even tried all the extra’s like quiz etc. Great
