I’m a business user and ran into an issue with a client site where I couldn’t seem to get the Facebook feed to display. First client’s site worked without a hitch but this one was another story. Fired off a quick question to Smash Balloon support and had a solution within a few hours.
Problem wasn’t with the plugin but with a setting on the Facebook page. I hadn’t set up the FB page and someone had added a country restrictions in FB. Smash Balloon support sent an explanation and screenshot with the fix and I had this up and running within about 2 minutes.
