    We were having issues creating a link to Mailgun via API. Surecontact customer support quickly investigated and found that the problem was down to us using Mailgun EU servers. They promised to fix it within 3-4 days but actually did it in 2 days and it now works 100%. Gives you confidence when issues are dealt with quickly.
