Excellent customer support

The customer support team was exceptional. We had an issue using the plugin on one of our sites and they stepped in quickly. Their team developed a fix for our site, released the code to our instance, and added the update for their upcoming public release. I’m amazed. Service like this is almost unheard of in the current software market.
