• We’ve used WooCommerce for many years and it works so well we rarely need support. An update this past week, however, changed that. our checkout process was broken and the support team at WooCommerce stepped up almost immediately with troubleshooting steps and potential solutions. It turned out our Theme was interfering with the WooCommerce process. The Theme patch was applied and that resolved everything.
