Excellent Customer Service!

Being new to the world of podcast uploading and being fairly inexperienced in WordPress, Craig and Jarryd’s advice and support have been invaluable! I’ve had issues with our RSS feed and getting our podcasts properly uploaded and running in ITunes. With the previous plug-in, the information was hard to read and to follow as I’m still unfamiliar with code. Craig and Jarryd were easy to understand and to follow. They also took a look at our website and made recommendations which have resolved the issues. I can’t say enough about this plug-in, the customer service team and how easy it’s made our podcast upload process! Thank you!
