I had an issue with my import that occurred early on a Saturday. I submitted a support ticket but noticed support hours were only from Mon – Fri, so I didn’t expect an immediate response… but to my surprise I was contacted via email within the hour and received technical assistance. I spent the weekend working on my issue and 3 different technicians quickly responded, via email, to each of my concerns.
