Excellent Customer Service

    The plugin itself is amazing.

    But that’s not only it.

    Their customer service is also excellent.

    I’ve recently bought their WP Dark Mode Ultimate and experienced a problem with the license activation (i.e. the cURL error 28). And to be honest, I’ve almost gave it up and determined enough to ask for a refund.

    Luckily, their developers patiently entertain me for days and finally solve the problem. They found out that the server itself was the source of the problem. And everything works as it should be as soon as my hosting provider whitelisted their license key host provider IP.

    That is really a huge relief.

    Thanks a lot, WP Dark Mode developers.
