# Technical support is no longer adequate

 * Over the years it has been getting worse.
    Technical support is no longer adequate.
   I opened a ticket on February 6th and, until today, no solution. A problem that
   concerns 23 Italian sites that we manage. Some with the PRO version. We will 
   migrate to other plugins.
