 * What Duplicator wasn’t able to (it just made no wp_user datafile in the database),
   worked like a charm with this outstanding plugin. I did not even deactivate the
   plugins!

 * Duplicator is a great plugin and so are the rest of the plugins that can be used
   to migrate or backup sites.
    Unfortunately, there are many ways for a backup 
   to fail and many reasons why these happen. It will be very helpful to provide
   additional details to the Duplicator author to help them with the development
   of their plugin.
