    In conjunction with a theme from – a great looking site – not had a single issue.

    Purchased solo – not used the ticket – forum answered my questions.

    Single property – 11 rooms – London UK.

    Very impressed – Very impressed.

    Delighted that you’re happy with it Gelni.

    After login a serious problem a week ago – still not had a solution!

    Cannot accept payments using paypal or worldpay.

    If I could go back – would change to 2 stars.

    I’ll update this post if or when the problem is solved.

    Out of interest – it worked when I was using joomla.

    What an utter and complete disaster!!!!!!

    Jomres support ticket sent on 9 July 2014.

    OSDCS support ticket sent on 8 May 2014.

    4 MONTHS later the problem is still not resolved. A lot of buck passing between Jomres and OSDCS!

    My advice is not to use Jomres on WordPress – if you want to use any other payment gateway other than PayPal.

    Also had to give the developers the passwords to access WordPress – I now get this error message when login in:- “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” They are blaming the host!

    The owners of the hotel are thoroughly annoyed! Was trying to hold on as long as possible to try and get the above resolved. The owners are now looking for an alternative.

    It’s a shame you feel that way Gelni, we’ve already spent a good deal of time looking at it last week, and we’d be looking into it again this morning however the ftp details you gave us no longer work.

    It has been 4 months and does not work – look at the history of the support tickets!

    Customers are booking online – receive a confirmation e-mail – which has caused double bookings – because the booking is not updated Jomres.

    Surely you must have a test environment you can solve this issue – rather than using my live site?

    As I stated – providing login details has now caused me problems login in to wordpress?

    I am prepared to give this one last attempt if resolved this week – will try snf delay the owners from moving to another system.

    Do you need the ftp passwords changed back – I only prevented access 2 hours ago – this has been 4 months!

    It’s now been another 2 weeks – still no solution!

    Did you ever get jomres working properly with wp?

    No – had even more oroblems!
