Excel link does nothing

I have installed both the RSVPmaker (which works well) and RSVPmaker Excel plugin. On the “RSVP Events” > “RSVP Report” menu I can click on my event and see a link that says “Download to Excel”. The link points to:

http://mysite.dom/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=rsvpmaker&page=rsvp&event=56#excel

But clicking the link does nothing. Any ideas?
