    Hello @hekc0211

CSV export of order data is a feature of AForms Eats PRO.

In CSV, an order data consists of one header line and several body lines.
The CSV format is as follows:
    – Order ID
    – Order Time in GMT (Only in the header line)
    – Order Time in local timezone (Only in the header line)
    – Form title (Only in the header line)
    – Form ID (Only in the header line)
    – Total price (Only in the header line)
    – Line number of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Name of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Unit price of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Quantity of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Price of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Tax rate of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Choice 1 of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Choice 2 of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Choice 3 of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Choice 4 of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Choice 5 of detail line (Only in the body line)
    – Attribute value 1 (Only in the header line)
    – Attribute value 2 (Only in the header line)

    – Attribute value 20 (Only in the header line)

Please note that neither the free nor the PRO edition of AForms Eats has the ability to output a PDF file. That is a feature of AForms.

Also, this forum is for AForms, and the following is for AForms Eats.
